Join Yvonne for a mid-winter morning relishing the powerful grace and pioneering spirit of Birch. The Lady of the Woods, Birch offers cleansing of outdated attitudes, fertile space in which creativity can thrive and a chance to savour a new beginning. We will make a hands-on keepsake to connect with Birch energy and take home individual words of rejuvenation.

Yvonne will share how to harness the power of tree wisdom with the cycles of the moon as the waning moon moves towards darkness. A drum journey meditation to connect personally, sitting around warming fires and browsing Yvonne’s book collection (list available) will all be part of the workshop.

Includes hot refreshments and vegetarian nutty flapjack.

The workshop will be held in a semi-outdoor garden environment so be sure to wear wintry layers to keep warm!

Yvonne is a landscape consultant and ecologist and helps with hosting other sessions at Plot 22 (see Who We Are).
