Happy Cafés have been running for some time in Brighton & Hove at the Walrus, and we are excited that Plot 22 will be hosting additional monthly meet-ups from May, co-hosted by Mike from Action for Happiness and Yvonne from Plot 22.

Happy Cafes are a welcoming space where people can get together over coffee and learn about the techniques for living a more positive and happier life.

Attendance is free, but spaces are limited to 20 so please book in advance and if you book a place and can’t make it, remember to cancel so someone else can take advantage of a space. For new visitors to Plot 22, we are an outdoor space, so remember to dress for Brighton & Hove weather!
