Taking the apple as our inspiration we will journey into this threshold time of balance, calm and clarity.

Join me in the beautiful surroundings of Plot 22 as we weave movement, meditation, story and ritual to honour this potent earth medicine.

Following the symbol of the apple into a space of embodiment, reflection and dreaming, this two hour workshop will support us to align with the nourishment, abundance and wisdom of the season.
