Join Yvonne for a midsummer evening to revel in the power and vitality of Oak tree. The Father of the Forest, Oak can be a haven for restoration while encouraging us to be strong and enduring, take things slowly and make regular contact with nature part of your everyday life. We will make a hands-on keepsake to connect with Oak energy and take home courage.

Yvonne will share how to harness the power of tree wisdom with the cycles of the moon as the waxing crescent moon moves towards fullness. A drum journey meditation to connect personally will be part of the workshop and an inspiring selection of books will be available to browse. A reading list will be available to take home.

Yvonne is a landscape consultant and ecologist and helps with hosting other sessions at Plot 22 (see Who We Are).
