Frida’s guide to sowing Cress

This is what you will need: something to grow the seeds in like a shallow dish or yogurt pot top. Either paper towels, cotton wool or a small amount of soil ( I have used two different ones as an experiment), THE SEEDS (best not forget these) - included in your Little Plotters kit, and water.
Put the towels, soil or paper towels you are using to grow your cress into your dish or container.
Dampen the towels or soil until thoroughly moist but not soaked.
This step is very important! If you have a Little Plotters pack, you should find cress seeds in an envelope.
Sprinkle the seeds over the paper or soil. You don't need to bury or cover them.
Place your pot in a bright spot and visit regularly to keep the paper or soil moist. Hopefully the cress seeds should sprout in a few days and soon they will be high enough to cut and eat.
