5 Ways to Wellbeing in Nature - a workshop series for Practitioners/Carers

25.00

The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are a set of evidence-based actions, researched and developed by the New Economics Foundation, that improve personal wellbeing. Simply summarised as Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give, they can be a useful tool in supporting others to make healthy choices and live their best selves.

This series of workshop offers practitioners and carers the chance to explore how nature settings provide an incredibly rich resource, supporting us in all these actions, even when it’s hard to get outside.

It is a creative collaboration with, and will be facilitated by Story Chaplain who also leads our DIG project.
